Instructors for Special Interest Subjects.
Many of our Special Interest and Incentive programmes require
instructors who are able to deliver some of the activities. We are constantly
seeking people who have a qualification in any of the activities shown in these
programmes who are able to teach the group in a safe and fun way.
We are always looking for new activity ideas for our group
programmes and are always interested in any ideas that you may be able to offer
to include in our future menu.
My Lifestyle Design Coaches
The My Lifestyle Design programmes include opportunities for
delegates to meet, on an informal basis, people who have already made a
successful change from their previous way of life. It does not matter what the
reason for change was whether it be by setting up their own business, by
downshifting or finding a new lease of life after the death of or break up from
a long term partner or spouse.

Agents
Our programmes are ideal not just for business based incentives
but also for people to get together with friends from work, a club, family,
neighbours etc.. We offer the opportunity to become an Agent who organise their
friends and associates into a group for a specific programme.
Programme Directors
Once our programmes have been tried and tested by our staff, we
then put it in the hands of Associate Programme Director. We require happy and
contented people who are able to take full responsibility for the programme,
clients and associate instructors, trainers etc from start to finish of that
particular programme. They must be able to reflect the policy of PW
International at all times.
Training PW Associates. We will provide training to any of
our associates where we feel it is necessary in order that they may deliver the
services up to the high standard expected of PW International.
Payments for our associate Instructors, Trainers,
Consultants, Mentors, Coaches and Programme Directors are in the form of a fee
for the time they spend carrying out the work. For overseas attendance we repay
reasonable expenses which are normally in the form of complimentary travel and
accommodation.
Agents are paid either as commission if they do not take part in
the programme, or in the form of discounts and/or free places if they are
travelling as part of the group.
Please note that we contract all our Associates on a
sub-contracting basis for each individual event in order to ensure that we only
utilise the services of those with up to date experience in their particular
field. We can assist you with advice concerning your tax requirements if you
are also employed elsewhere
Residential Selection Event. Before being placed on our
data base of PW Associates, we require applicants to take part in a selection
process at their own expense which is normally over two days, usually a
week-end. This is to ensure that they are able to offer their services in a way
that will fit the PW International profile.
Permanent Staff
From time to time we take on new staff for various aspects of
running PW International as a successful business. Vacancies are normally
displayed on our Latest News and Programmes pages as well as through agencies
and adverts.
